Thank you for your interest in Melanie Paxton Photography. I have been in business for 20 years and in that time have photographed hundreds of weddings, families, and children. I have compiled some information that may be of value to you as you plan for your portrait sitting.

TERMS-Wedding
A deposit of $200 is required to reserve the date of your wedding. The balance of your package is due the day of your wedding.
The full amount of your wedding invitations is due at the time your order is placed
All prices are subject to Utah State Sales Tax
TERMS-Family
Your sitting fee is due at the time your portrait is taken.
The full amount of your enlargement order is due at the time of pick up. If you would like your order mailed, I will call or email your total with postage and insurance. Once payment is received, your order will ship.

LOCATION
I have many wonderful locations that create beautiful, creative backdrops for your portrait. Please call me to discuss various locations that will fit your style and personality.
CLOTHING
Your choice in the coloring of your clothing is very important when doing a natural location portrait. I am more than happy to discuss with you shades that will work best with the location you have chosen for your sitting.

DIGITAL PROOFING
All images will be uploaded to a website for you to view. Your images will be available to view approximately one week after your sitting. For wedding images, they will be available 2-3 weeks. You may place an order directly online, by email, or by calling me with your order. I recommend you call if you would like any digital modifications.

DIGITAL WORK
There is so much that we can do to enhance your portrait. Head swaps, blemish, fly away hair, background clean ups, adding missing people, etc. If you would like any digital work done, please make sure you specify this in your order. I will do the work and email you the image for your approval prior to printing. Please remember that there are additional costs associated with all digital work. You may call me for a quote on anything you would like done.

ORDER FINISHING
Once your order is received, please allow 7-14 days for completion. If digital work is being done, please add 7 days.
